We want to make your stay in our home as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Because of allergies, we have a firm policy of absolutely no pets and no smoking. Please respect these policies and our home.

We offer rentals by the week from June to October.  Shorter stays are possible when they can be accommodated.  Weekly rentals generally begin and end on Saturday. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Longer term rentals or alternate dates may be negotiated depending on availability.

Rates:

• Low Season: April1 – June 27, 2013  and September 8 – October 31, 2013- $1000/week.
• June 27 – September 8, 2013 – $1400/week.

Applicable taxes are extra.

Payment by cheque, money order, or PayPal is accepted. We require a $250 booking deposit. Full payment is due at least two weeks in advance of arrival date.
